I received the shipment, but it has been damaged in transit. What should I do?

If your product arrives damaged in transit, do the following:
1. If the damage is visible externally on the shipping container, file a claim immediately with the delivery company employee. After this, photograph the packaging and contact our customer servive.
2. If the damage was only discovered when the package was opened, take a photo of the damage and the shipping package. Contact our customer service team and attach the photos to the message. Please do not destroy the packaging materials.
